以人为本视域下高校党外知识分子统战工作的反思与构建

高校是党外知识分子比较集中的地方,高校党外知识分子的统战工作是党的统战工作的重要内容。新时期高校党外知识分子出现了一些新变化,给高校统战工作带来了新挑战。将"以人为本"的理念融入到高校党外知识分子统战工作中,能使统战工作的"政治引导"的生成机制与统战对象的个体价值实现遵循自洽的逻辑,从而保证在共同理想的观照下求得社会价值与个体价值的有机统一,充分发挥统战工作的实质效应。高校党外知识分子统战工作是一个系统工程,在统战工作中必须树立多维的以人为本的工作理念,在统战过程、统战方式以及统战关系上形成合力,这是以人为本统战理念切实践行的重要路径。
