国内外高校艺术设计专业“公司+工作室”人才培养模式探析 被引量:5

摘要 人才培养模式是人才培养过程中各种教学要素与环节的集合体,它关系到人才培养的质量和水平。随着艺术设计专业招生规模的扩大,大部分院校存在艺术人才与市场需求脱节等问题。工作室教学模式与公司制教学模式分别起源于二十世纪的德国,欧洲、美国以及亚洲一些国家的艺术高校沿袭了这种培养模式,注重教学与实践的结合;近年来,国内大多数艺术设计专业采用了工作室模式或者公司模式,但很少将这两种模式有效结合,更没有形成规范的体制。因此,构建"公司+工作室"有效结合的方式极为重要。通过对国内外高校"工作室+公司"人才培养模式应用状况的梳理,探索我国高校艺术设计专业人才培养模式的新途径,为相关理论研究提供一些补充。 talent cultivation mode is a collection of various teaching elements and links in the training process, which is related to the quality and level of talent cultivation. With the expansion of the enrollment scale of art design major, most academies and universities have the problems such as the disconnection between artistic talent and the market demand. Studio teaching mode and the company system teaching mode originated from Germany in the 20th century respectively. Art academies and universities in Europe, the United States and some Asian countries followed this training mode, which pays attention to the combination of teaching and practice; in recent years, most domestic art design majors have adopted the studio or company teaching mode, but rarely have an effective combination of two modes, or form a standardized system. Therefore, it is very important to build the effective combination mode of "company + studio". This article intends to sort out practical status of domestic and foreign "studio + company" talent cultivation mode of art design major in academies and universities, and explores new ways of talent cultivation of art design major, so as to provide supplement for the relevant theoretical research.
