溶血对生化检验结果准确性的影响及校正方法分析

Analysis the effect of hemolysis on the accuracy of biochemistry test results and correcting methods

目的：探讨溶血对生化检验结果准确性的影响并分析校正方法。方法：选取我院自2015年1月～2015年9月来我院体检的160例正常人的血标本作为研究对象,将同一标本分成两管,一管没有溶血的血清为对照组,一管是处理后溶血的血清为观察组,采用全自动生化分析仪检测所有标本的15项指标并对敏感的生化指标进行回归分析。结果：160例血液标本在溶血前后生化检验指标存在显著性差异（P〈0.05）,具有统计学意义;选其中敏感性最强的6项指标进行回归分析,分析校正的方法。结论：溶血影响生化检验结果的准确性,采用回归分析可以有效的校正结果。

Objective： To investigate the effect of hemolysis on the accuracy of biochemistry test results and correcting methods.Method： Totally, normal blood samples of 160 physical examination personnels in our hospital from January 2015 to September 2015 were analyzed. The control-group without hemolytic serum, and the test-group with hemolytic serum-treated were divided from the same source. All samples in 15 indexes were tested by automatic biochemistry analyzer, the sensitive biochemistry of regression were analyzed. Results： There were significant differences in 160 blood samples before hemolysis and after hemolysis（P〈0.05）, with statistical significances, the most sensitive 6 indexes of them were selected and analyzed by regression analysis. Conclusions： Hemolysis affects the accuracy of biochemistry test results which be effectively corrected by using regression analysis.
