基于SWOT-AHP的陕西省林业产业发展战略选择与定位

SWOT-AHP Based Strategic Choice and Orientation Making for Forestry Industry in Shaanxi Province

通过问卷调查林业产业发展管理人员、技术人员和从事基层生产实践工作人员和SWOT-AHP分析方法,研究了陕西省林业产业发展的战略选择与定位,表明缺乏长效资金链挑战、资源基础等优势对陕西省林业产业发展战略选择影响程度较大,科技力量优势、聚集度不高等劣势影响程度较小,陕西省林业产业发展应重点在于利用自身优势,弥补资金不足、竞争压力等挑战因素,应选择进取型战略,即主要利用优势解决发展中面临的挑战和压力。

Through survey on forestry industry in Shaanxi Province regarding the management staff,technicians and workers in grass-root,data were analyzed by means of SWOT-AHP to help make choice and orientation of forestry industry development.The result showed that lack of funding for a long-termed goal and the advantages of resources have a greater influence on the strategic choice of forestry industry,while the sci-tech advantage and low degree of aggregation have a minor influence on the strategic choice of forestry industry.Shaanxi forestry industry should choose aggressive strategy by combining the advantageous resources and make input of money to deal with the challenge and pressures through competitive strength.
