浙北平原林地资源管理现状与保护利用对策探讨——以桐乡市林地资源保护管理为例

Discussion on Woodland Resources Protection and Management for Plains of Northern Zhejiang Province— with Woodland Resources Protection and Management in Tongxiang as the Case

平原林地资源保护管理是平原生态林业建设的难题之一,传统的平原林地资源管理模式已无法满足平原绿化新的发展要求,如何巩固好新的绿化成果,有效发挥平原生态林业建设的生态、社会、经济效益,是平原林地资源保护管理迫切需要解决的问题。本文通过对桐乡林地资源管理现状、存在问题及发展方向进行调研分析,从管理机制,技术操作、政策法规等方面探讨了加强平原地区林地资源保护管理的途径和方法。

Woodland resources protection and management in plain has been one of the difficult questions in the process of ecology forestry construction and development.The traditional model of woodland resources management could not meet new requirements of development of greening in plains.Questions like how to consolidate results of greening and how to fully make use of the achievement coming from ecology,sociology and economy are desperately in need to answer.The paper made a thorough research and deep analysis on current management status and existing problems and developing direction of woodland resources in Tongxiang.Further discussion was made on methods and ways to strengthen woodland resources protection and management in plains from the perspective of management mechanism,technical operations,policies and regulations.
