摘要
森林防火资金投入不足,森林防火预防、扑救和保障能力有限,火源管理难度增大、火险等级增高等问题,规划提出了宣传教育工程,预警监测系统,装备与防火物资储备库建设,生物防火阻隔系统,林火通信系统,森林火灾指挥系统,航空护林系统等森林防火体系建设内容和要求,以期实现黔南州不再发生重大以上森林火灾,使森林火灾控制率小于1km2/次,森林火灾受害率控制在0.86‰以内。
In this paper,we revealed the weakness in the construction of forest fire prevention system by analyzing the current status of forest fire prevention practice in Qiannan.we also clarified the further specific tasks of the construction of the industry and the development direction of forest fire prevention.The further specific tasks of the construction of the industry and the development direction of forest fire prevention was clarified.The tasks include improving the level of forest fire equipment and infrastructure,enhancing early warning,monitoring,emergency disposal and fighting ability,realizing the fire prevention and controling management more modernization,standardization,specialization,and fighting and rescue work scientifically provide sufficient theoretical support.
