Flower Seedling Industry in Baoji——Current Status and Countermeasures

分析了宝鸡市花卉苗木产业的种苗规模和结构、国有苗圃现状、良种和基地建设基础、苗木管理服务体系与专业人员素质现状、苗木销售渠道等现状,提出了存在的盲目扩大规模与苗木结构单一、国有苗圃改革滞后与经营机制不活、良种缺乏与良种基地建设薄弱、管理服务体系滞后与专业素质有待加强、销售渠道不够健全等问题,以及确立产品类型定位、发展区域布局,培育宝鸡品牌,国有苗圃进行产权改革和产业化重组与建设种苗生产龙头企业,加强良种选育与扩大良种基地的推广建设,完善服务体系,提高科研水平、壮大专业队伍,健全营销网络,开展横向合作,探索合作发展共赢模式等战略发展对策。

Current status regarding flower seedling industry structure,area in total,state-owned nursery,production based construction,service delivery system,people involved in the industry and marketing approaches were discussed.Problems associated with the status like indiscriminately expansion,lack of structure diversity,stagnant reform in state-owned nursery and weak marketing tactics.New measures for improvement were suggested：product positioning lay-out of development,brand development for Baoji,state-owned nursery property right reform,restructuring of the industry,key enterprises construction,selection and expansion of fine variety base,service delivery system construction,research capacity development,human resources construction and cross sector cooperation.
