介绍了松树毁灭性病害——松材线虫病预防监测过程中取样、分离、镜鉴等环节的技术方法。
Pine wilt disease（Bursaphelenchus xylophilus）is serious damaging disease to pine trees.Identification of it through morphological method was described regarding sampling,separation and identification under microscope.
