摘要
通过港珠澳大桥钢塔吊具受限吊装工程实例,基于Ansys的应力强度、刚度位移及面外失稳的结构设计计算分析,获取危险区域和应力分布规律等相关力学性能信息,为优化拓扑吊具结构尺寸和形状起到了关键作用。
With the limited hoisting project of steel tower sling of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge as an example,the paper gets data related to the mechanical performance including the dangerous zone and stress distribution rule based on the calculation of stress strength,rigidity displacement,and out-plane buckling with Ansys,playing a key role in optimizing the size and shape of the topology sling structure.
