摘要
介绍一种由半鱼腹式桁架结构廊道以及塔式桁架结构立柱组合而成的带式输送机廊道系统的设计、制造、试验和安装。经过有限元分析计算以及现场变形试验,证明该种廊道结构具有足够的强度、刚度以及稳定性,完全能够满足带式输送机物料输送的要求。该种廊道系统结构合理,造价低廉,并具有造型优美、制造工艺简单等特点,值得在长距离物料供应系统中推广和应用。
The paper introduces the design,manufacture,testing,and installation of the corridor system of the belt conveyer consisting of the half-fish-belly truss work corridor and tower trusswork column.Through finite element analysis calculation and site deformation test,the corridor structure proves to have sufficient strength,rigidity,and stability to meet the requirement of conveying materials of the belt conveyer.The corridor system has reasonable structure,low construction cost,appealing design,and simple construction process,making it applicable in the long-distance material supply system.
