基于新型城镇化视角的农村人力资本投资问题研究——以山东省为例

中国新型城镇化建设方兴未艾,重视以人为本的新型城镇化建设过程中出现的人力资本投资问题引人关注。本文以山东省新型城镇化试点城市为例,探讨在新型城镇化建设过程中农村教育投资、培训投资、医疗卫生投资、劳动力流动等人力资本投资方式的现状和问题,并对在新型城镇化建设过程中的农村人力资本投资提出建议,主要是从农村自身的角度和需要出发来推动人力资本存量的增加和质量的提高,使人力资本在新型城镇化建设的过程中起到推动作用。
