寻常型银屑病病人血清中TNF-α、IL-8水平分析

ANALYSIS OF THE EXPRESSION OF TNF-α AND IL-8 IN SERUM OF PATIENTS WITH PSORIASIS VULGARIS

目的:研究寻常型银屑病病人血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-8(TNF-α、IL-8)的表达,探讨TNF-α、IL-8在寻常型银屑病中的作用。方法:采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测29例寻常型银屑病病人和31例健康志愿者血清TNF-α、IL-8的水平。组间均数比较利用成组t检验进行统计分析。TNF-α、IL-8表达水平关系利用线性回归分析。结果:银屑病组TNF-α、IL-8水平显著增高,与健康对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且TNF-α、IL-8血清中表达水平呈正相关(P<0.01,R=0.812)。结论:TNF-α、IL-8在银屑病的发病中可能发挥着重要作用。

Objective：To detect the serum levels of TNF-α and IL-8 in patients with psoriasis vulgaris,and to investgate the ralationship between cytokines and the disease. Methods：Serum levels of TNF-α,IL-8 were detected in 29 patients with psoriasis vulgaris and 31 health controls by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ ELISA） . Independent samples t-test and linear regression analysis were used in statistic analysis. Results：Compared with control group,both surem levels of TNF-α and IL-8 in patients with psoriasis vulgaris were increased significantly （ P〈0 . 05 ） . The level of TNF-α was correlated with IL-8（P〈0. 01,R=0. 812）. Conclusion：TNF-α and IL-8 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris.
