电解槽着火事故分析

摘要 一次电解槽检修后开车过程中,垫片挤出,电解液泄漏着火。分析事故直接原因是电解液泄漏;间接原因是垫片滑脱,应对突发事件的能力差,电解槽纯水压力和流量不足。提出电解槽着火的处理措施是:断电,脱网,充氮,灭火。并给出相应的防范措施。 During start up of electrolyzers after maintenance, gaskets were pushed out and electrolyte leaked and fired. The accident causes were analyzed. The electrolyte leakage directly caused the accident. The Slip out of gaskets, poor response to emergencies, and insufficient pressure and flow of pure water for electrolyzers indirectly caused the accident. Measures proposed to cope with electrolyzer fire included power off, disconnection from production line, nitrogen filling, and extinguishment. Corresponding preventive measures were given.
