Dehydration treatment of high temperature molten chlorides

摘要 综述了常见高温氯化物熔盐的脱水预处理方法,包括真空控温脱水、氯化氢鼓泡脱水、蒸馏法、预电解、NH4Cl混合法和复合盐法;比较了常见的碱金属氯化物、碱土金属氯化物、Al Cl3和Mg Cl2专门脱水装置的特点;介绍了脱水效果的评价方法。 The dehydration pretreatment methods for common high temperature molten chlorides were reviewed ineluding vacuum temperature-control dehydration, hydrogen chloride bubble dehydration, distillation method, pre-electrolysis, NH4Cl mixing method and compound salt method. The characteristics of special dehydration device for common alkali metal chlorides, alkaline earth metal chlorides, AlCl3 and MgCl2 were compared. The evaluating methods of dehydration effect were introduced.
