氯化聚乙烯生产工艺的改进

Improvement of production technology of chlorinated polyethylene

针对氯化聚乙烯产量未达到设计能力、产品拉伸强度低的问题,对氯化聚乙烯生产工艺进行了技术改造。改造后,提高了设备利用率,达到增产、节能降耗、提高产品质量的目的。

There were problems in the production process of chlorinated polyethylene, i.e. the output of product was lower than the capacity of equipment and the tensile strength of product was low. Improve- ment was carried out. The utilization rate of equipment was improved, so the purposes of increasing production, saving energy, reducing consumption and improving the quality of products were attained.
