The Practical Value of the Harmonious Relationship between Teachers and Students in Ideological and Political Education of College Students

师生关系是教育教学过程中最基本、最重要、最活跃的人际关系,和谐的师生关系不仅有利于学生学业水平的提高,思想品德的养成,还对学生人格与精神的发展有极大的裨益。师生关系存在于教育教学的方方面面,贯穿于教育教学过程的始终。从教育过程、教育效果、教育改革三个维度分析和谐师生关系在大学生思想政治理论课中的重要实践价值,能够更好地推动其实现师生关系和谐。

The relationship between teachers and students is the most basic,most important,and most active interpersonal relationship in the teaching process and the harmonious relationship between teachers and students not only improve the students＇ academic level,ideological and moral cultivation,but also do great benefits to the development of students＇ personality and spirit. The relationship between teachers and students exists in all aspects of education and teaching,which runs through the process of teaching and learning. Analysis of the important practical value of harmonious teacher- student relationship in ideological and political theory course from the three dimensions of education process,education effect,and education reform was made to better promote the realization of harmonious relationship between teachers and students.
