The perspective of generalized virtual economy can help us to re- examine the value of Qing Xiling in the context of macro economy,and provide the new ideas about the development and utilization. Using the generalized virtual economic theory as a guide,according to the problems of Qing Xiling in the process of development and utilization,the thesis put forward the development strategy under the perspective of generalized virtual economy.
