论《国家公务员制度》通识选修课的创新

On the Innovations of General Education Elective Subject of The System of Public Service

近一年多在"公考"中,报考人数有所降低,但是依然改变不了"公考热"的趋势。"公考"中很多人是盲目盲从参加,造成时间、精力和人才的浪费。为此,在《国家公务员制度》通选课中需要对其创新,《国家公务员制度》课程除了对基本的公务员制度的讲述,更要对在校大学生进行公务员职业、公务员制度以及公务员考试和大学生职业选择的教育,通过理论、案例、模拟操作等方式教学使大学生能够对公务员职业形成理性的认知,从容准备公务员考试并能合理的职业规划,以在国家和社会发展中充分发挥自己的智慧和能力。

In the civil service examination conducted in recent year,although the number of applicants has been in a trend of decline,we can＇t say that the huge thirst for jobs in the civil service has weaken. A large number of people took the exam blindly,which caused the waste of time,energy and talents. So we should make some innovations in General Education Elective Subject of The System of Public Service. Apart from introducing the basic components of the system of public service,this curriculum should also help students to develop a rational cognition of the job of civil servants,the civil service examination and their own career planning through theoretical teaching,case analysis,simulate operation and other teaching methods. After taking this curriculum,the students could prepare the civil service examination with ease and make reasonable career planning,which allow them to put to good use of their wisdom and ability in the development of our country and society.
