摘要 不同厂家特高频局部放电监测装置的检测设备稳定性和可靠性存在较大差异,为此,基于吉赫兹横电磁波(giga hertz transverse electromagnetic,GTEM)小室设计了特高频校验系统。该系统将高频信号发生器产生的可调高频信号经过脉冲调制器转变成窄脉冲,再通过宽带天线在GTEM小室内发射,建立标准的脉冲电磁场,将被校验局部放电检测仪的传感器放置于测试窗口接收信号,通过分析局部放电检测仪的灵敏度、线性度、量程和幅频响应4个指标,实现仪器性能的考核。 There are great differences in stabilities and reliabilities of detection equipments for ultra-high frequency( UHF) partial discharge( PD) monitoring devices from different manufacturers. Therefore,UHF calibration system based on giga hertz transverse electromagnetic( GTEM) cell is designed which could turn adjustable high-frequency signals produced by high-frequency signal generator into narrow pulse via pulse modulator,then the narrow pulse is transmitted in GTEM cell by broadband antenna and a standard pulsed electromagnetic field is established. The sensor of PD detector for examined is placed in the test window to receive signals and by analyzing sensitivity,linearity,range and amplitude frequency response of the PD detector,it is able to realize examination for performance of the instrument.
