摘要
针对配电自动化系统无法对配电网进行完整分析与控制,以及配电自动化系统与调度自动化系统之间无法有效实现运行业务的协调配合等问题,对调配自动化贯通业务需求进行总结,从经济性、安全性2个方面对各种贯通模式进行分析和比较,提出适合于中国调配自动化贯通的消息转发模式双总线架构,并介绍了模型校验、"五防"控制、安全白名单校验等关键技术。实际应用验证了基于消息转发模式的双总线架构是可行和有效的。
Currently,the power distribution automation system could neither completely analyze and control the power distribution network,nor effectively coordinate with the dispatching automation systems on operation business. In allusion to these two problems,this paper summarizes the demands of dispatching and distribution automation integrations. In two aspects of economy and security,it analyzes and compares various integration patterns,proposes dual bus architecture for message forwarding mode suitable for integrated penetration of Chinese dispatching and distribution automation integrations. Furthermore,it introduces crucialtechnologies such as model verifications,five-precautions,security white list verificaiton,and so on. Practical application verifies feasibility and validity of the dual bus architecture based on message forwarding model.
