通过磨煤机"三开不备"低负荷运行,使煤浆浓度提升2%以上,甲醇每小时产量提高约3.3%,同时优化调整磨煤系统联锁,对低压水煤浆管线和磨煤机工艺水管道进行改造,解决了磨煤机"三开不备"低负荷运行时遇到的问题,对提高气化装置的雾化效果和降低系统生产消耗产生了明显的效果。
Coal pulverizer "three-on no standby-" mode running under low load can increase coal slurry concentration by 2%, methanol output per hour increasing by 3.3%. Meanwhile the coal grinding system interlock optimization and reformation on low pressure coal water slurry line and pulverizer process water line resolved some problems under "three-on no standby" low load operation, enhancing the atomization and re- ducing consumptions greatly.
