A summary was given on methane reforming plant energy saving reformation. By reforming the nozzle in the primary reformer and adding a buffer tank in the pressure swing adsorption unit to stabilize the pressure of purging gas, the conversion rate of methane was enhanced and the energy consumption of the system was reduced.
