摘要
核工业所用硬铝合金管材具有壁薄、易于脆裂、交货直线度高的特点,用传统的辊式矫直机难以实现其断面归圆和直线度矫直。新开发的十一辊组合辊列、短辊距斜辊式矫直机采用小辊距、渐变式弯曲方案大幅度的提高了管材矫后直线度,对置式和长辊身结合的断面归圆方法克服了易脆裂材的精密归圆难题,从而为硬铝合金管材的超精密矫直提供参考。
When it commands the hard aluminum alloy tubes for nuclear industry, there have some characteristics about it, such as the thin--wall,easy to rattle and delivery of the high linearity. It is difficult to achieve the section belongs to the circle and straightness straightening of the duralumin alloy tube considering the traditional roller leveler straight machine. This paper intro- duce a new eleventh combinational roller machine to improves the pipe straightening straightness by smaller distance and gradual bending scheme, overcomes the brittle crack material precision return circle problem by opposed and long binding section return circle method, which can provide some references for duralumin alloy tube precision straightening.
