摘要 从进水水质、树脂选型和运行过程控制等方面,对新建脱盐水装置混床周期产水量下降的原因进行分析,通过清除蒸汽冷凝液杂质、树脂改型并调整装填量等措施,使水质恢复正常。 The causes of water output reduction during bed mixing cycle in a new DMW plant were researched from aspect of feeding water quality, resin model selection and process control. Measures were taken to restore the normal water quality by cleaning external material in steam condensate and changing resin mod- el and its loading quantity.
