合成氨装置大型压缩机组串级调速系统改造

摘要 合成氨装置汽轮压缩机原调速系统存在控制品质较差、故障率高、操作不方便等问题,通过应用美国Compressor Controls Corporation(CCC)控制系统和浙江中控技术股份有限公司DCS系统,实现了串级调速自动控制,提高了控制精度,大大降低故障率,并实现了简便操作。 CCC (Compressor Controls Corporation) control system and DCS system developed by Zhejiang Central Control Technology Co. Ltd. were used in a synthetic ammonia piant to cope with problems once occurred in the steam compressor, such as bad control quality, high failure ratio and inconvenient operation.
