摘要
建立管路锥形密封结构的有限元模型,在满足"硬-软-硬"密封副密封条件的前提下,计算出不同配合锥角差与轴向预紧力、密封结构最大von Mises等效应力及密封面宽的关系曲线,得到密封结构配合锥角差的取值范围。结果表明:合理控制锥角差δ,有利于实现管路锥形密封结构的有效密封。
The finite element model of pipeline cone sealing structures is established. Under the sealed requirements of the "hard- soft-hard" sealing pair, the relationships between difference of taper and axial preloading force, between yon Mises stress of the pipeline cone sealing structures and sealing surface width are acquired, and the value range of the tapper-difference is also a- chieved. The calculation result indicates that with reasonable control of the difference of taper, the pipeline cone sealing structures have a more effective sealing.
