结合工程建设项目履约评价机制的构建,介绍履约评价关系、评价制度等涉及评价机制建立的主要内容。然后着重介绍施工总包、监理以及施工分包单位履约评价内容,旨在为管理人员开展招标及工程管理提供帮助。
