摘要
随着高层和超高层建筑的普及,规模庞大、体量异型、结构复杂等建筑特点使传统的管理方式不能满足设计和施工阶段的管理需求。结合工程实例,引进BIM技术创建建筑三维可视化模型,分析传统管理方法与基于BIM的管理方法在工程量统计及资源计划方面的差异,并提出偏差解决措施。
Along with the rapidly growing popularity of high-rise and super high-rise buildings,the architectural features of large scale,specifi c volume and complex structure make the traditional management way no longer meet the management needs in the design and construction phase. Combined with engineering example,introduces BIM technology to create the 3D architectural visualization model,and analyzes the differences of the traditional management method and management method based on BIM in the works of statistics and resource planning,then puts forward the solutions.
