基于全寿命周期的造价咨询企业知识管理研究

Research on Knowledge Management of Cost Consulting Enterprises Based on Life Cycle

运用项目全寿命周期的理念,将咨询企业的知识管理划分为三个阶段:准备阶段运用CBR进行知识库匹配及选择知识管理模式;实施阶段运用集成化思想构建知识管理动态信息系统;结束阶段进行知识库的建立与更新。通过对造价咨询企业知识管理的运用分析,以期提高造价咨询企业核心竞争力。

By using the concept of project life cycle,this paper divides the internal knowledge management of consultation enterprises into three stages. In the preparation stage,uses the CBR to carry out the knowledge base matching and chooses the model of the knowledge management. In the implementation stage,constructs the dynamic information system of knowledge management by the thought of integration. In the end stage,establishes and updates the knowledge base. Through the use and analysis of the knowledge management of the cost consultation enterprise,this research aims to raise the core competitiveness of the cost consultation enterprises.
