摘要
由于运行环境恶劣,变电站隔离开关的故障率较高,导电回路过热是引起隔离开关故障的主要原因之一,因受接线方式所限无法及时发现户外母联隔离开关和线路侧隔离开关的导电回路缺陷。为此,研制一种带电测量接触电阻的装置,通过试验验证了测量方法的安全性及测量装置的有效性,并成功诊断一起220 kV母联隔离开关导电回路缺陷。实践证明,带电测量隔离开关接触电阻并结合带电清洗技术,可以避免设备投运后由于隔离开关过热引起的重复停电和由此增加倒闸操作带来的安全风险。
Due to harsh operation environment, fault rate of substation disconnectors is high. Galvanic circuit overheat is one of the reasons of disconnector faults; because of wiring mode limit, defects in galvanic circuit of the outdoor bus coupler disconnector and line-side disconnector can not be detected timely. Therefore, a live contact resistance measurement unit is developed. By testing safety of the measurement method and effectiveness of the measurement unit have been validated; besides, a galvanic circuit defect of 220 kV bus coupler disconnector is successfully detected. As is proved by practice that live contact resistance measurement of disconnector, combining with live water washing technology, can prevent repeated power outage due to disconnector overheat after equipment operation and the consequent safety risks due to increased switching operations.
