摘要 随着我国风电装机容量不断增加,风电消纳问题日益突出,大规模风电分布式接入地区电网,可能导致较明显的弃风现象。本文分析了影响风电消纳的主要因素,针对风力相关性特点,基于风机出力模型和Copula理论对分布式风电出力的相关性进行了分析,提出了基于遗传算法的区域电网风电分布式接入容量配置优化方法。采用RTS-79算例和风机实测数据,对风电装机容量与弃风率的关系进行了计算分析,验证了该方法的有效性。 With the continuous growth of wind power in China,the problem of wind power accommodation is becoming increasingly prominent.The phenomenon of wind energy curtailment has been more obvious in local grid with large-scale wind power integration.In the paper,the main impact factors of wind power accommodation are analyzed,the correlation of distributed wind power is analyzed based on the wind power output model and Copula theory,and an optimization method of wind power capacity allocation is proposed based on genetic algorithm.The case study on RTS-79 system with actual wind turbine measured data is used to analyze the relationship between wind energy curtailment rate and installed capacity,validating the correctness of the proposed method.
