摘要
提升电压质量能有效改善电能质量,对经济发展和用户用电有重要意义。在介绍国外电压质量管理标准的基础上,研究了国外发达国家在配电网规划、运行管理和技术应用等方面的电压质量管理手段并进行了归纳与总结,最后提出了对我国电压质量管理的启示与借鉴。
It＇s meaningful for customers and economic development to improve voltage quality.Approaches of the distribution network planning,operation management and technology application are summarized based on the introduction of oversea voltage quality management standards.Finally,enlightenments and references for China＇s voltage quality management are pointed out.
