Application of 3×0.38ST OC Steel Cord in Light Truck Radial Tire

研究3×0.38ST OC钢丝帘线在轻型载重子午线轮胎中的应用。结果表明,以3×0.38ST OC钢丝帘线替代2+7×0.28HT钢丝帘线用于轻型载重子午线轮胎带束层,成品性能满足国家标准要求,同时可减小轮胎质量,降低生产成本。

The application of 3 × 0.38ST OC steel cord in light truck radial tire was investigated. The results showed that, by using 3 × 0.38ST OC steel cord to replace 2 ＋ 7 × 0.28HT steel cord in the belt of light truck radial tire, the performance of finished tire met the requirements of national standards, and the weight and production cost of tire were reduced.
