摘要
半纤维素是植物纤维细胞中广泛存在的一种多糖物质,用作浆内施胶剂来提高纸张强度性能。以桉木中分离的半纤维素作为喷墨打印纸表面施胶剂,探讨半纤维素对纸张性能和喷墨打印印刷品质量的影响。研究结果表明,半纤维素作为表面施胶剂能增加纸张的抗张强度和撕裂强度,但是对耐破强度没有影响;经过表面施胶后纸张的表面粗糙度和前进接触角降低。由于半纤维素本身为淡黄色粉末,对纸张进行表面施胶后,纸张的白度降低。半纤维素作为表面施胶对喷墨打印印刷品的阶调再现和呈色效果都有影响,其中对品红色油墨影响最为明显。
Hemicelluloses plants.Hemicelluloses have been are polysaccharides present in large amounts in cell walls of vascular used as internal sizing agent to improve paper properties, especially the strength properties.In this paper, hemicelluloses were innovatively sized on the ink-jet paper to investigate the influence on the paper properties and color reproduction. Surface sizing with hemicelluloses can improve the tensile and tear strength, whereas the burst strength was not changed. In addition the surface roughness and advancing contact angle decreased as surface sizing with hemicelluloses.The ISO brightness decreased because of the light yellow powders of hemicelluloses. The hemicelluloses surface sizing can influence on the tone and color reproduction, especially for the print of magenta ink.
