摘要
以硅胶为载体,甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EDMA)为交联剂,采用表面接枝聚合法制备得到红霉素表面分子印迹硅胶材料(EM—MIP—PMAA/SiO_2),采用红外、扫描电镜对其结构进行了表征。研究了EM-MIP-PMAA/SiO_2的吸附动力学性质及选择吸附性能。研究结果表明,EM·MIP-PMAA/SiO_2对红霉素的吸附能力明显大于非印迹吸附材料(NIP-PMAA/SiO_2),EM-MIP—PMAA/SiO_2对红霉素的吸附存在两类不同的结合位点。EM-MIP—PMAA/SiO_2对红霉素和罗红霉素的吸附因子为1.51,具有较好的选择性。
In this paper, erythromycin molecularly imprinted silicone (EM-MIP-PMAA/SiOz) was prepared by surface polymerization method using silicone as carrier, methyl methacrylate as the functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EDMA) as crosslinker.The prepared material was characterized by Infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The adsorption kinetics and selective adsorption properties of EM-MIP-PMAA/SiO2 were also studied. Results showed that the adsorption capacity of EM-MIP-PMAA/SiO2 on erythromycin was better than that of NIP-PMAA/SiO2.There were two kinds of binding site on the adsorption of EM-MIP-PMAA/SiO2 on erythromycin.The separation factor of EM-MIP-PMAA/SiO2 on erythromycin and roxithromycin was 1.51 ,showing high recognition ability to the template molecule EM.
