摘要
通过对北京市的425名警察进行实地抽样问卷调查,来探索变革型领导风格与公共服务动机对公务员工作态度的影响。研究选取组织公民行为、组织承诺和工作满意度来反映公务员的工作态度,结果发现变革型领导和组织公民行为、组织承诺和工作满意度正相关,公共服务动机和组织公民行为、工作满意度、组织承诺正相关。同时,公共服务动机在变革型领导与组织公民行为、工作满意度和组织承诺间发挥着部分中介作用。上述发现从理论上丰富了我国公共服务动机的实证研究,并且对公共部门人力资源管理中领导风格的选择、公务员公共服务动机的提升和组织公民行为的激发具有指导意义。
This study explores the influence of transformational leadership and public service motivation( PSM) on the work attitude of civil servants,by analyzing responses from a group of 425 policemen in Beijing. Organizational citizenship behavior,organizational commitment and job satisfaction are selected to reflect the work attitude of civil servants,and results show that transformational leadership is positively related to organizational citizenship behavior,organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Also,PSM is positively related to organizational citizenship behavior,organizational commitment and job satisfaction.Meanwhile,PSM partially mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior,job satisfaction and organizational commitment. These findings should theoretically enrich the empirical research of PSM in China,and help managers of public sectors make the right decision in the practice of human resources management,such as choosing leadership style,fostering civil servants' public service motivation and motivating organizational citizenship behavior.
