摘要 目的 探讨甲状腺乳头状癌 (PTC)中c erbB 2、nm2 3及p5 3蛋白的表达与临床病理特点的关系。方法 应用免疫组化SP法检测 84例PTC中c erbB 2、nm2 3及p5 3蛋白的表达。结果  84例PTC中 ,c erbB 2、nm2 3及p5 3蛋白的阳性表达率分别为 5 8%、6 0 %和 17%。阳性程度与细胞异型性显著相关 ,与肿瘤大小无关。c erbB 2和nm2 3蛋白的表达依甲状腺外浸润和转移情况的不同差异显著 ,而c erbB 2和p5 3蛋白的表达在不同的组织学类型中差异显著 ;c erbB 2与nm2 3、p5 3蛋白的表达显著相关。结论 PTC中c erbB 2蛋白过表达、nm2 3蛋白低表达是其易于浸润和转移的原因之一 ,c erbB 2和p5 Objective To study the relationship between theexpression of c erbB 2, nm23 and p53 protein and the clinicopathologic properties in papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) Methods The expression of c erbB 2,nm23 and p53 protein in 84 cases of PTC were examined using SP immunohistochemical method Results The positive expression of c erbB 2, nm23 and p53 protein was 58%, 60% and 17%, respectively These expression levels were significantly correlated with the cells' heterogeneity, but had no significant correlationship with the neuplasms' volumes Expression of c erbB 2 protein were significantly correlated with those of nm23 and p53 protein Expression of c erbB 2 and nm23 protein in the PTCs with extrothyroid invasion and metastasis were significantly different from those in PTCs without extrothyroid invasion and metastasis Expression of c erbB 2 and p53 protein had significant differences in different histological types Conclusions The results suggest that c erbB 2 and p53 protein overexpression and nm23 protein low expression may be one of the causes of PTC biological feature Serial tests of c erbB 2,nm23 and p53 protein can be used as the markers to evaluate the patients' prognosis
