摘要
党的十八大以来,党中央对全面推进依法治国作出了全面部署。公安部在不断深化执法规范化建设的过程中,提出了建设法治公安的总目标。公安机关不断推进基层派出所执法规范化建设,是打造法治公安的重要途径,也是当前形势发展对公安机关的必然要求。
The Central Committee of the Party made an entire arrangements for promoting law-based governance of the country in an all-around way since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The Ministry of Public Security is continuously deepening law enforcement standardization construction towards a general goal of constructing the public security by the rule of law. Continuously promoting law enforcement standardization construction of basic police stations is an important way to foster the public security by the rule of law, and a necessary requirement of current situation for the public security.
