公安情报共享障碍及对策研究

Research on Intelligence Sharing Obstacles of the Public Security and Countermeasures

随着公安信息化工作的深入以及"情报主导警务"理念的提出,公安情报共享成为情报领域的重要问题,但公安机关内部一些人的思想观念阻碍了公安情报信息的共享。公安机关应对阻碍公安情报共享的因素进行分析,从思想认识、顶层设计、标准规范化建设和利益协调等方面提出相应对策,扫除共享障碍。

As the public security informationization progresses and the idea of intelligence-led policing appears, the intelligence sharing of the public security becomes an important problem in intelligence field. However, someone’s idea in public security organs hinders intelligence sharing of the public security. The public security should analyze these hindering factors and propose countermeasures from ideological understanding, top-level design, standardization construction and benefit coordination to remove these obstacles.
