Research on searching conduction voltage of optocoupler Based on Labview

为了确定光耦导通电压,提出了一种基于Labview的光耦导通电压搜索的方案。通过CAN总线通信,运用Labview读取测试板的光耦通断状态,算法采用对分搜索逻辑。实际应用表明,该方案能准确和高效地对光耦导通电压进行搜索。测试数据表明达到了设计要求。

In order to determine conduction voltage of optocoupler, this paper proposes a solution by searching conduction voltage of optocoupler based on Labview. By using Labview software, on-off state of optocoupler can be read via CAN-Bus. The algorithm adopts dividing search logic. Practical application shows that the scheme can find conduction voltage of optocoupler accurately and efficiently. Test result shows that the system has reached design requirements.
