Analysis on the disinfection effect of the combined ultraviolet disinfector

摘要 目的评价自行设计、制作的组合式紫外线消毒箱的消毒效果,探索最佳消毒时间。方法 2015年1-6月,每月随机选择25件旧精密仪器,使用组合式紫外线消毒箱进行消毒,分别在消毒0 min、15 min、30 min和45 min时采样,进行菌落培养并计数,计算灭菌率并判定消毒效果,确定最佳消毒时间。结果该消毒箱的灭菌率>99.9%,消毒15 min、30 min、45 min的效果差异没有统计学意义。结论该组合式紫外线消毒箱消毒效果较好,最佳消毒时间为15 min。 Objective To evaluate the disinfection effect of the combined ultraviolet disinfector,and to find the best time for disinfection. Methods 150 pieces of the used mechanic electric equipments were selected randomly,and put into the disinfector to disinfect,samples were collected from the surface when disinfection went on 0 min,15 min,30 min and 45 min. The samples were cultured and the colonies were counted,the disinfection effect was evaluated.The best disinfection time was determined after statistical analysis. Results All of the disinfection rate of the equipments were above 99.9% after disinfected by the disinfector. There was no difference between 15 min,30 min or 45 min disinfection. Conclusion The combined ultraviolet disinfector was qualified,and the best disinfection time was 15 min.
