国际列车食品和饮用水卫生监督检测及信息同步系统的建立与应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的对陆路口岸及国际列车食品、饮用水主要卫生监督指标进行快速检测,提高卫生监督技术水平。方法分析研究陆路口岸及国际列车卫生监督工作的实际情况和特点,优化、整合、研发了包括食品/水质快速检测仪、细菌总数快速检测仪、胶体金检测仪、多参数视觉分析仪共4台仪器的卫生监督快速检测系统及信息管理系统,实现现场快速检测和结果上传同步完成。结果该系统包括30余个检测项目。单个项目平均检测时间小于15 min,检测结果与实验室检测结果符合率大于90%,并能实时分享。结论开发了便于携带、高效便捷、特异性高、灵敏度高的快速检测及信息同步系统,适用于口岸公共卫生监管。 Objective In order to improve the surveillance level at ports,Coduct rapid tests of food and drinking water hygiene at land ports and international trains. Methods A rapid detection system for health supervision as well as the mobile information terminal and information management system had been developed under the analysis of the actual conditions and characters of frontier health quarantine. The system included food/water rapid detector,bacterial count rapid detector,Colloidal gold detector and multi parameter vision analyz er. Results The system covered more than 30 detection projects and could be expanded upon demand. It took less than 15 min to detect a project,coincidence rate was larger than 90% compared with lab result,while sharing the detection result synchronously.Conclusion The rapid detection and information synchronization system featured high portability,efficiency,sensibility and specificity, was suitable for public health management at ports.
