摘要
目的研究紫锥菊不同药用部位中主要有效成分菊苣酸的含量情况,为紫锥菊药材的入药部位提供参考。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水(21:79),流速为1 m L/min;检测波长:330nm。结果该法的平均回收率为103.26%,RSD为0.09%(n=9)。结论:菊苣酸在紫锥菊药材各个用药部位中均有分布,8~10月份采摘的全草含量最高。
Objective Research the content of chicoric acid from different medicinal part of E.purpurea Moench.The study provide the reference to medicinal part of E.purpurea Moench. Method: By the use of HPLC, mobile phase : acetonitrile-0.1%Phosphoric acid water(21:79), flow rate 1 m L/min, detection wavelength 330 nm. Result: The mean recovery of cichoric acid was 103.26%, RSD=0.09%(n=9).Conclusion Each medicinal part of E.purpurea Moench is constituted with chicoric acid. The content of chicoric acid was most which from entire plants picked during August and October.
