摘要
将黄花蒿等11种长白山特有药用草本植物精油与化妆品基质配制成植物精油膏,并对其进行了稳定性及安全性检测。结果表明:精油膏在10000r/min的离心下,在-5℃、25℃、40℃等不同温度下放置24h并循环三次,均表现出牢固的稳定性;安全性检测的结果也表明甲醇、砷、铅、汞等限定物质含量分别是0.081%、0.0181mg/kg、0.085mg/kg、0.03538mg/kg,均符合国家标准。利用长白山特有草本植物精油制得的芳香植物精油膏是一个安全、有效、无毒的绿色产品,具有良好的开发前景。
In this paper, the use of 11 kinds of essential oils from herbs Changbai unique paste made from plant oils, and its stability and security testing. The results show that： Oil cream at 10000 r / min of centrifugation, at different temperatures-5℃,25℃,40 ℃ 24 h et placement and cycle times, have shown a strong stability; safety testing results also show methanol, arsenic, lead, mercury content limit substances were 0.081%,0.0181%,0.085%,0.03538% respectively in line with national standards. The use of herbal essential oils Changbai unique essential oil obtained cream is a safe,effective, non-toxic green products, with good development prospects.
