Slug、细胞外基质金属蛋白酶诱导因子和E-钙黏蛋白在唾液腺腺样囊性癌中的表达及意义

摘要 目的对唾液腺腺样囊性癌(SACC)组织进行Slug、细胞外基质金属蛋白酶诱导因子(EMMPRIN)以及E-钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)表达水平的检测,探讨三者表达情况与临床病理特征间的关系以及三者间的相关性分析。方法对96例SACC组织中的Slug、EMMPRIN和E-cadherin表达情况进行检测,检测方法采用免疫组织化学染色法进行,并结合SACC组织的病理资料进行分析。探讨Slug、EMMPRIN和E-cadherin表达情况与病理特征的关系以及三者的相关性分析情况。结果 Slug为强阳性表达,表达率高达77.08%;EMMPRIN为强阳性表达,表达率为68.75%;E-cadherin为弱阳性表达,表达率仅为52.08%。SACC组织中Slug、EMMPRIN和E-cadherin的表达在不同性别、不同年龄和不同部位比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);Slug、EMMPRIN在Ⅲ、Ⅳ期的阳性率明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期(P<0.05);Slug、EMMPRIN实性型的阳性率明显高于筛管型;Slug、EMMPRIN有神经侵袭、转移和复发的阳性率明显高于无神经侵袭、转移、复发,均P<0.05;E-cadherin在Ⅰ、Ⅱ期的阳性率明显高于Ⅲ、Ⅳ期(P<0.05);E-cadherin筛管型的阳性率明显高于实性型(P<0.05);E-cadherin无神经侵袭、转移和复发的阳性率明显高于有神经侵袭、转移、复发(P<0.05)。SACC中Slug的表达与EMMPRIN呈明显正相关(r=0.836,P<0.05);Slug的表达与E-cadherin呈明显负相关(r=-0.542,P<0.05);EMMPRIN的表达与E-cadherin呈明显负相关(r=-0.461,P<0.05)。结论 SACC组织中Slug、EMMPRIN和E-cadherin表达水平与病理特征密切相关,SACC的发生机制可能与Slug、EMMPRIN的高表达有关,而E-cadherin的表达受到明显抑制。 【Objective】To detect the expression levels of Slug, extracellular matrix metalloproteinase inducer(EMMPRIN) and E-cadherin in salivary gland adenoid cystic carcinoma(SACC), and to investigate the relationship between the expression and clinical pathological characteristics and conduct the correlation analysis.【Methods】The expression of Slug, EMMPRIN and E-cadherin in 96 cases of SACC were detected by immunohistochemical staining, and the pathological data of SACC were analyzed. The relationship between the expression of Slug, EMMPRIN and E-cadherin and the pathological characteristics was explored, and the correlation analysis of the three was done.【Results】The expression of Slug was strongly positive, and the expression rate was as high as 77.08%; the expression of EMMPRIN was strongly positive, and the expression rate was 68.75%; the expression of E-cadherin was weakly positive, the expression rate was only 52.08%. The expression of Slug, EMMPRIN and E-cadherin in SACC tissues of different gender, different age, and different location had no significant difference(P〈0.05); the positive rate of Slug, EMMPRIN in stage III and IV was significantly higher than that in stage I, II(P〈0.05); the positive rate of Slug, EMMPRIN in the solid type was significantly higher than that in the screen type; the positive rate of Slug, EMMPRIN in tissues with neural invasion, metastasis and recurrence was obviously higher than that in tissues without neural invasion, metastasis or recurrence(all P〈0.05); the positive rate of E-cadherin in stage I and II was significantly higher than that in stage III, IV(P〈0.05); the positive rate of E-cadherin in screen type was significantly higher than that in the solid type(P〈0.05); the positive rate of E-cadherin in tissues without neural invasion, metastasis, recurrence was significantly higher than that in tissues with neural invasion, metastasis, recurrence(all P〈0.05). Slug expression in SACC was significantly positively correlated with EMMPRIN(r =0.836, P〈0.05); Slug and E-cadherin expression was significantly negatively correlated(r =-0.542, P〈0.05); EMMPRIN and E-cadherin expression was significantly negatively correlated(r =-0.461, P〈0.05).【Conclusion】The expression levels of Slug, EMMPRIN and E-cadherin in SACC tissues are closely related with pathological features, pathogenic mechanism of SACC is correlated with the high expression of Slug and EMMPRIN, and the expression of E-cadherin is significantly inhibited.
