血清C反应蛋白与妊娠糖尿病的相关性研究

Relationship between C-reactive protein and gestational diabetes mellitus

目的研究妊娠中期孕妇血清C反应蛋白(CRP)与妊娠糖尿病的相关性,探讨血清C反应蛋白在妊娠糖尿病(GDM)预测与筛查中的价值。方法选取年龄和孕周有可比性的妊娠糖尿病孕妇和正常孕妇各100例。比较两组人群血清C反应蛋白的差异,并用协方差分析矫正体重指数(BMI)的影响。结果两组人群孕前BMI和孕中期血清C反应蛋白水平比较差异有统计学意义;矫正孕前BMI的影响后,妊娠糖尿病组孕妇的血清C反应蛋白水平仍高于正常孕妇的血清C反应蛋白水平。结论建议在孕中期检测血清C反应蛋白,作为妊娠糖尿病的辅助筛查手段。

【Objective】To investigate the relationship between C-reactive protein（CRP） and gestational diabetes mellitus（GDM）, and to probe the predicting and screening value of C-reactive protein for gestational diabetes mellitus.【Methods】One hundred pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus and 100 pregnant women with normal glucose tolerance were selected, and they were comparable in age and gestational weeks. The difference in C-reactive protein between two groups was compared, and the influence of pro-gestation body mass index（BMI） was adjusted by covariance analysis.【Results】There were significant differences in pro-gestation BMI and C-reactive protein in middle pregnancy between two groups. After adjusting the influence of pro-gestation BMI, C-reactive protein in the pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus was still higher than that in the pregnant women with normal glucose tolerance.【Conclusion】Examining C-reactive protein in middle pregnancy is suggested as an auxiliary screening.
