两种内固定方式治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效比较被引量：3

摘要目的比较解剖型锁定钢板(LCP)内固定与股骨近端抗旋髓内钉(PFNA)治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法通过回顾性研究方法分析2013年1月‐2015年1月该科诊治老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者共45例,其中,采用解剖型锁定钢板(LCP)内固定22例,采用股骨近端抗旋髓内钉(PFNA)固定23例。通过比较分析两组患者在切口长度、手术时间、术中失血量及术后6个月髋关节功能Harris评分。结果通过研究对比,两组在手术时间及髋关节功能Harris评分方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组在术中失血量及切口长度方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后随访LCP组发生近端螺钉切割1例;PFNA组发生骨不连1例。结论该实验老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者,PFNA组治疗上在切口长度及术中失血量方面优于LCP组。两者在手术时间及Harris髋关节功能方面没有差异。
