军队院校药学专业研究生培养体系的探索与实践

Construction and Practice of Training System for Postgraduates of Pharmacy in Military University

目的提高军队院校药学专业研究生的培养质量。方法结合作者学校药学专业研究生的培养目标与特点,从完善专业设置和课程建设两方面入手,开展了提升研究生培养质量的探索与实践。结果促进了学校研究生教育的特色化、科学化与规范化。结论培养体系建设为培养高素质的军事药学人才奠定了坚实基础。

Objective To improve the effectiveness of the training system for the postgraduates with pharmacy discipline in the military university. Methods According to the training objectives and features of the authors＇ university, the improvement of training system for the postgraduates was proposed and performed through the establishment of specialty configuration and curriculum construction. Results Scientific, standardized and characteristic education for post- graduates was achieved. Conclusion The training system construction lays the consolidate foundation for the training of military pharmacy talents of high quality.
