摘要
以河沙、表土为基本原料,开展不同基质配方对不同种源南方红豆杉扦插育苗成活率的影响研究。结果表明:不同种源与不同基质对南方红豆杉扦插育苗成活率的影响存在极显著差异(sig<0.01);成活率最高的是福建种源,其成活率为68.95%,贵州种源成活率最低,各种源成活率在混合基质中均最高。以河沙和表土按2:1(B4)混合作为基质的效果最佳,其成活率为76.29%,最差的是河沙作基质。
Experiments were conducted on effect of different substrates such as surface soil and sand on the survival rate of different provenances Taxus chinensis var. mairei. The results showed that there were signifi- cant differences(P〈0.01) of survival rate among different provenances and medium. The survival rate of Fujian provenances was highest,which was 68.95%, and Guizhou provenances was lowest. The best substrate for the highest surviving rate 76.29% was to mix the river sand with topsoil at the ratio of 2 to 1 (B4),while the river sand was lowest.
