TRAIL系统在系统性红斑狼疮发病机制中的作用研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮是多种抗原参与的自身免疫性疾病。肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体(TRAIL)通过与靶细胞上的TRAIL受体结合,能诱导多种肿瘤细胞与转化细胞发生凋亡。TRAIL及其受体介导的细胞异常凋亡导致自身抗体的产生是系统性红斑狼疮发生和进展的重要因素。对于系统性红斑狼疮的治疗目前仍以激素加免疫抑制剂为主,阻断细胞凋亡途径可作为未来的一个治疗方向。现就TRAIL系统作用于系统性红斑狼疮的发病机制的研究进展做一综述。
